GETTING READY FOR LIP APPRECIATION DAY




Hello Everybody


In March we have a wonderful holiday, called LIP APPRECIATION DAY, which is happening on March 16th


Spring is the time of season when we all wake up from winter and take a good look in the mirror. Some of us assess damages from winter, would that be winds or cold, and start taking measures.


I am no exception. As you can see I posted picture of my lips. What I would like to do is to get my lips ready for LIP APPRECIATION DAY. I have a constant problem with dry chapped lips. Sometimes lip balm is not enough, and I know I am not alone with this problem.


There are some great home remedies that I have come across and decided to try them. They are very inexpensive and with economic situation right now, it is absolutely imperative that we try to save on beauty products that could be very expensive at times.


All you need is:
Now, with all the ingredients present, here are the simple home remedies


  1. One of the best at home moisturizers for lips is honey. Apply honey to the lips and leave it there for 10 minutes. Then you can just lick the honey off or wipe it with a cloth
  2. If you have a problem with cold sores, apply tee tree oil on your lips at least once a week. Your chances of cold sores are slim to none with this remedy
  3. Even after all the remedies mentioned above, you still have dry chapped lips, there is one more solution. Soak a cotton ball in tea and apply it on your lips. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Lip exercises. A very simple way to get the blood flowing in your lips. FaceFlex offers great exercises for your lip muscles. They are simple to learn and can be performed anywhere. The exercises will keep your lips toned and minimize wrinkles around your lips.

I am going to do them on a regular basis and post my picture every week. I want you to track the results with me. I know there are a lot of home remedies that promise miracles, but when you actually do them, the do not work. I am trying to show you that it worked. By the end of the month you can notice the difference and draw conclusions for yourself.

A Month Of Friendly Laughs



February is a Friendly Laughs Month.


This holiday is according to Chases Calendar of Events.


I personally think it is a wonderful holiday. With our busy lifestyles we do not get to laugh uncontrollably. It is very important to unwind and spend night or day with friends or family laughing. This could be achieved by watching movies or remembering those moments in life.


Laughing is wonderful for stress relief and you know all of us lead a very stressful life. No matter how much we want to stress less, does not happen, never.


So lets spend the whole month laughing with people that matter to us.


Well, after a hard laugh, you might feel the cheeks fatigue a little. That is a sign of untoned cheek muscles. It can be tackled with simple Facial Exercises by FaceFlex


In order to smile more and laugh like you never laughed before, you need those cheeks and lips and many more other muscles.
