Wrinkle free forehead

As I have promised in my last entry, I am going to post facial exercises and the right way to do them. I know that people might think that there are so many ways people might look younger, but non of them work. This is an exercise for your face.

Just think about it. Your body consists of muscles which include facial muscles as well. Then why do we work out from the neck down and ignore from the neck up?

Facial exercise will minimize the look of wrinkles and sagging skin. It will also increase blood circulation to the face and as a result the rejuvenation of the skin cells will increase as well.

Here is a challenge. Please try following forehead exercises for a couple of weeks twice a day and let me know what the results are. If you will be so kind, please send me a picture of before and after. This will be kept totally private and will not be released to anybody else.

Here are the exercises.

Purpose: Exercise 1 and 2 reduces the frown line on the forehead

Exercise 1

  • Create an arch above your brows with index fingers
  • Hold your fingers firm and push the eyebrows up
  • Hold for 5 counts, repeat 5 times. On the last count, hold for an additional 10 counts

Exercise 2

  • Put your fingers just below the hairline
  • Hold your fingers firm and try to frown
  • Hold for 5 counts, repeat 5 times. On the last count, hold for an additional 10 counts

Purpose: reduces lines in between the brown and eliminates the “angry” look

Exercise 3

  • Create a triangle above your brow with index fingers
  • Hold firm and try to frown.
  • Hold for 5 counts, repeat 5 times. On the last count, hold for an additional 10 counts
