Skin Diet

Beautiful skin is every women's dream. In order to get that skin, lotions and expensive creams are not enough. The skin has to be nourished from the inside out.

Some diets are good for the figure, but not always good for the skin. The consequences of these diets are: dry skin, wrinkles and tiredness. Also, if you smoke and consume alcohol, then the chances of having unhealthy skin is significantly higher.

Today I am going to share a secret about skin diet. It all has to do with the products that could be found in


1. Fish

  • Salmon and mackerel contain Omega-3, which are crucial for the skin
  • Fish should be consumed at least 2-3 times a week

2. Avocado

  • Contains Vitamin E, which helps the skin to stay fresh and moisturized
  • Avocado also contains natural oils, which help prevent cellulite and should be consumed once a week

3. Broccoli

  • It contains a lot of Vitamin C and calcium, which help strengthen the bones
  • Broccoli should be a part of the meal at least 3 times a week.

I will continue to bring you at-home remedies on how to stay beautiful and young without spending a fortune on anti-aging "miracle" creams that do no deliver the results.

Also diet is not enough and should also be complemented with facial exercise. It is a natural way to tone the facial muscle and minimize the appearance of wrinkles and lift the sagging skin.

Take Facial Fitness Home

“Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder”. Let’s be honest we are the beholder. As we go through life stages, marks appear on our faces. Some are great while others we wish we never had.

We notice that we lose muscle tone, so we start exercising. But notice we exercise only from the neck down. Our body has muscles in the face and neck as well, so why are we ignoring them when we exercise? Muscles of the face can be re-trained like any other muscle to become firmer and stronger again.

When we look in the mirror in the morning we want to see

- Toned skin that is rosy and glowy
- Full pink lips
- Raised eyebrows without under eye puffiness
- Firm chin (preferably one) and raised cheek bones

But instead we see the opposite

- Skin that is grayish and stressed of everyday life is embedded into our skin
- Thin lips with corners of the lips starting point downward
- Eyelids and eyebrows droop with puffiness under the eye
- Sagging of the jaw and appearance of the double chin

In recent years we have been bombarded by “anti-aging” remedies that promise to create miracles. How many of you have bought that “wonderful” cream or lotion and discovered that the results are not what was promised?

With FaceFlex I did not want to create an anti-aging miracle that will take 10-20 years off your face. My goal is to make women look great at any age. When you are 20, 30, 40 or even 50 these ages are fabulous, so why not look the best you can without going under the knife or freezing your face?.
